How we are organized
We approach our work in the territory from three perspectives:
Thematic axes and Bioregional Learning Center
The Barichara Regenerative Foundation is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and strengthening initiatives active in the region that are implementing regenerative processes in one or more of the four thematic areas on which the foundation focuses its work. These four areas are: Environmental Regeneration; Regenerative Culture and Territorial Healing; Regenerative Economy; and Regenerative Education. Through the Bioregional Learning Center, we systematize and disseminate experiences from the various regenerative processes in the region to make them available to the community and decision-makers.
Bioregional Learning Center
Our commitment to learning drives our work. Inspired by the organizational framework proposed by environmental scientist Donella Meadows, we created the Bioregional Learning Center. This center is the foundation's component responsible for researching, systematizing, consolidating, and disseminating the experiences of the various processes working on landscape regeneration in Barichara, making them available to the community and decision-makers.
Community funds
Each of our four thematic areas has a fund to which friendly hands and generous hearts contribute so that the dreams of regeneration can continue to take shape. You can be part of this movement. By donating, you will not only be supporting the continuity of these processes, but you will also become a guardian of life and biodiversity, a collaborator in the healing of the land and its inhabitants.
The time to act is now! Learn about each of our Funds and discover how your contribution can make a difference. You can also donate to each initiative, contact us directly, and share this with others who want to help us amplify our impact.
The Regenerative Education Fund is currently active.
